Where can I start?! I was scheduled for my routine cleaning and expected nothing more, nothing less than the normal; however, this was anything but a normal cleaning (or I have been receiving substandard all these years). In addition to a thorough cleaning, the dental hygienist provided cutting-edge information on dental care and referrals to receive help for issues I have been complaining about for years. Chloe was passionate about her work and her knowledge base to provide options to make an informed decision. She has now lifted the bar on my expectations of what a high quality cleaning should entail. It is a rare occurrence to receive such superb service from someone who goes above and beyond their call of duty to make you feel heard, understood and pointed in the right direction to resolve your issues.

I recently visited the offices of Smart dental. I was having major pain in my upper left back molar. I went in to have a root canal and a new crown. The experience was amazing. There was no pain and I am terrified of the dentist lol but I got through it without one tear. I can only thank them dearly for helping me and fixing my problem. I would clearly suggest to anyone that reads this that the offices of the Smart Dental Care is absolutely the place to go.

From the first time I walked into the Smart Dental Care office, I felt comfortable. Lynn, the receptionist, is a breath of fresh air and very friendly and welcoming. From the dental assistants greeting me with how are you doing and smiling (through their masks) to Dr Nguyen and Dr Ashton explaining options and what to expect. Not to mention numbing me up so that I wasn’t in pain. Their personal touch is a strength to their practice and why I will highly recommend this office and staff to all my friends and family. Went in for a toothache that turned into a root canal. Everything went smooth and I’ve hardly felt it. I wasn’t a prior patient but they were able to get me in quickly and get everything taken care of. I’ve seen both Dr. Ashton and Dr. Nguyen and both were amazing and helpful. Best dentists I’ve ever had.

I love how well they took care of my son when he was struggling so much through his tooth pain! They went out of their way to comfort him and took their time allowing him to have breaks. I just had my first appointment at Smart Dental Care, and it was honestly the best experience I’ve had at a dentist! The assistant, hygienist, and Dr. Nguyen were all fantastic. You can tell they love their job and really care about your health. I feel like they did more for me in this first visit than I have had at any of my other dentist appointments at different offices combined. I wish I had found this place sooner!

I had a dental cleaning done and it was done so quickly/smoothly. I loved all the staff! Front desk is so nice and paperwork was super easy! Hygienist is so sweet and knows how to keep a conversation going! X-Rays were quick and easy! Dr. Nguyen hands down the best dentist I have ever met. She’s honest with everything going on in your mouth and will not lie to you about getting things done the right way. At the end of the day she wants to keep your teeth and will do anything to save them! I recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest, great quality, and gets the job done. This is the place!

I am so glad Dr. Ashton is my dentist! He is super kind and truly cares about my experience as a patient. I had to have some major dental work recently (3 crowns). Dr. Ashton did a fantastic job taking the time to make sure I understood the process and even better, he can make the crown in his office. With previous dentists, I have had to wait a week until they arrive from a lab. All three crowns were pain free and fit perfectly. I have never felt this happy about my dental work. I have been going to Smart Dental for last 10 years. The staff there is amazing and even though we moved, we still drive a long way because we do not want to change our dental hygienist. The reception staff is very friendly, accommodating and are very helpful in scheduling/re-scheduling appointments. Billing has never been an issue. Now that Dr. Ashton is the primary dentist, we love it even more. He is very friendly and has made many upgrades to the facility. He is very knowledgeable and best of all, provides clear information and options that make it easy to select the best course of action for our needs. Would strongly recommend this place for your entire family’s needs.
